Mentor Employment Opportunities
Children reaching the age of 16 can apply for employment opportunities with Pathways programs through Montville Recreation. Positions for administrative internships, camp counselors, and/or job coaches are available. Offering employment to mentors encourages them to choose professions working with the children with disabilities and is also an investment in creating a more accepting workforce in the future. Children who are under the age of 16 can still apply for this position as volunteer interns and receive community service hours.
