Montville Township Mentor Training Registration
Children ages eight and up can sign up for the Mentor Training Workshop. Programs are run by the Montville Township Recreation Department. Pre-registration is required, along with a $10 fee. Spots are first-come, first-served with maximum 25 attendees. Participants receive our Pathways' Mentor t-shirt upon completion of the training. Parents are welcome to stay, if desired. Mentors are required to take the workshop prior to participating in the programs. If you are unable to attend a mentor training you have registered for, you must give us at least 24 hours notice or you will forfeit the $10 registration fee.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your training date. If a workshop is full, you will be offered the first available spot from a cancellation or in an upcoming workshop.

Cancellation: Please email - mentor4pathways@yahoo.com as early as possible if you must cancel or cannot come to the Mentor Training you have previously registered to attend. If you miss the training without calling 24 hours prior to the workshop, you will forfeit the $10 fee.

Step Two: After completion of the Mentor Training

Please note once you have filled out the initial Mentor Training registration form, the permission slip is good for one year. Thereafter, you must fill out the permission form annually. This permission form can be downloaded each year from the "Mentor News" page.
