Please fill out the mentor training registration form below. Our next Mentor Training has been scheduled for April 27, 2024 from 3:00pm-5:00pm. The training will be virtual. We will be sending a Zoom link as we get closer.
All mentors require parent/legal guardian permission to participate in the mentor training and programs. Parents/legal guardians can type in their name as an electronic signature and check the appropriate box.
